Prenatal Classes - Two Part Event

Prenatal class part 2 we will mostly be talking about breastfeeding and newborn care: normal vs abnormal newborn behaviour, how to care for your baby, benefits of breastfeeding, importance of skin-to-skin, feeding-cues, how to position and latch your baby correctly, how to know that your baby is full/ getting enough breastmilk, low milk supply and sore nipples, pumping, hand-expressing and topping up, engorgement, mastitis, blocked ducts and tongue ties amongst other things.
